아이디랑 패스워드를 정확하게 입력해도 ‘로그인에 실패했습니다’ 이 문구만 뜨고 로그인이 안됨 .. 몇번을해도 안되서 앱삭제함

Way too complicated
Requires you to download an app. Then still doesn’t work. Just to play darts. After 20 minutes of standing here looking like Boo Boo Da Foo it’s still not working. Don’t play.
App is cool but slightly annoying
In my experience, the app logs me out fairly frequently. It is more annoying that after every update it (sometimes) logs you out and you have to update it in order to use it. I wish Phoenix made it to where updates weren’t mandatory.
Can’t login to the app
I can log into my account on the website but not on the app. PHOENIXDARTS please fix this for you customers
What?
When I try to download the app, it asked me for my credit card number and if I don’t type in my credit card number, I cannot download the app. I do not why it does that.

업뎃할때마다 로그아웃 되고 시시때때로 로그아웃 되는거 짜증나 죽겠음
아이디도 설정못하고 이상한 어려운 아이디로 만들어줘서 입력할때마다 빡침이 몰려오는데 들어갈때마다 로그아웃되네. 이거 고치기가 어려움 ????에라이 쓰레기

뭘 업데이트를 하는 건지
2일마다 업데이트를 하긴 하는데 로그인도 새로 하라고 하고 불편하기 짝이 없음. 안 쓰고 말지.

App Log Out
The app consistently logs you out and then doesn’t recognize your password. Now it says there is a new version and I have to update it. I have done so multiple times and even tried deleting and reinstalling.
앱 재실행시 로그아웃 됨
로그인한 상태에서 앱을 껐다 다시 실행하면 로그아웃 되어 매번 재 로그인 해야합니다.
화면 안넘어감

Updated killed my log in
Can’t click on anything after it logged me out. Says it’s not authenticated. Can’t even reset my username or password after update.

하니의 아이디로 카드가 세장인데 카드가 겹쳐보이며 흔들어 나오는 임시번호로해도 대표카드로만 찍힘~이거 안고쳐집니까????
