Very easy to use app and reliable. I like to take personal notes during technical calls and sometimes it's hard to get everything accurately the first time. This app lets you review the call at your leisure.

I am mobile constantly and it's tough to take notes from calls so I record the call and can refer back for exact details. I find I can concentrate on the calls more as well vs trying to type/write and talk
