Refund refused
Having been subjected to multiple ads for this and other similar app’s, I found myself frustratingly subscribing to this service and canceling the same day - within the hour(s) - and also removing this app.
At this time, Apple have informed me that no refund is available under this vendor’s terms and conditions. This is therefore a highly dubious vendor and app given their current positioning under the noted circumstances as stated above.

I have already installed this app I will gladly uninstall it since it is not working the way I wanted it to

The app is terrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. It did not delete duplicate photos. It deleted almost all my library and left me with ten photos and 6 videos. I had to use a recovery software to recover my stuff. My contacts were reduced and my calendar was a mess. Don’t use. 👎🏻👎🏻

What do these apps lead you to believe they are free when they are not. They are free to download and to use for a short time then they charge. Just be up front and put the price on it so I donät waste mz time downloading it only to find out I have to pay $20 bucks a month. I dont begrudge you charging for your work just be up front about it.
