To clarify, some services and platforms choose to block somevirtual and VoIP numbers from receiving verification codes or calls. This is a restriction set by those services themselves, and unfortunately it's something we don't have control over. It's a common limitation across all second phone number apps, not just ours. That said, our numbers work great for regular calls, texts, verifications (in most cases) and many other use cases. We'd love to help you find the best way to use your number.
