为什么一打开都是白屏，要反反复复打开好多次才能正常，这个很影响正常使用，机型 16promax，系统 18.7.8

只有第一次授权相册的时候可以打开，然后每次打开都是白屏，除非卸载重新下载。取消授权相册的选项也按不了

I downloaded the app and received the complimentary premium access; however, it is not functioning at all. I attempted to reach out to the developers, but the provided contact button does not work. Additionally, when the "rate the app" button is clicked, it redirects to a different application. Please address tgese issues and help me get my premium.
