Great customer service. I am using phone guard in the USA. The company is based in Germany. I sent feedback that the app was not working. I got a prompt email response and even a phone call advising me on how to resolve the issue.

Die App lässt sich nicht wieder von der Watch entfernen und verbraucht den kompletten Akku binnen kürzester Zeit. Ich kann nur empfehlen- Finger weg

An sich eine schöne und nützliche Sache aber das smarte pausieren im WLAN, geht bei mir nicht.
Phone ist im Wohnzimmer und wenn ich in der Küche bin, gibt's ein Alarm, obwohl die Uhr auch im WLAN ist.

Die App funktioniert einwandfrei und meldet auf der Apple Watch einen akustischen Alarm, sobald die Bluetoothverbindung von Phone und Watch unterbrochen ist. Dieses geschieht deutlich früher, als über „Wo ist“.
Nie wieder Handy verlieren
Ich benutze PhoneGuard nun schon seit einigen Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. PhoneGuard hat mich nun schon mehrmals vor dem Verlust meines Handys bewahrt! Sehr einfache und schnelle Einstellung.
Perfekt für den Urlaub
Diese App ist einfach genial. Nie wieder das iPhone in der Strandtasche vergessen, wenn ich kurz zur KaffeeBar gehe! Funktioniert perfekt mit meiner Apple Watch. Nach etwa 20 Metern Entfernung bekomme ich zuverlässig eine Meldung. Genau das, was ich gesucht habe — absolute Empfehlung!
