Rubbish app doesn’t work properly
Awful
Terrible app. The VOIP phone provided by my ISP (Wildanet) requires this app & I will be changing ISP purely for this reason. Almost every day the app says ‘due to a technical issue you must delete and reinstall to continue receiving incoming calls’. It’s impossible to know when my phone line is working & I have missed doctors calling re. a terminally ill patient. When the app is actually working as intended, the experience is equally horrendous. Very poorly designed.

Not many options
I wish I had checked out the divert options before signing up to this on a 12-month contract. Good app and quick and simple for home use and however as a small business the divert options are not very flexible. Minimum divert time is 10 seconds. The out of hours option of either unavailable or unavailable all day apply to the week, you can’t have different times or different numbers for different days. I have ended up paying for another line with another provider and now divert all the calls to that line as it can handle the divert options I need.

Good app but support non existent
I am unable to use this app due to being signed out and unable to sign back in. Password reset emails do not work I have tried numerous times and keep getting message saying that the link has expired.
Not much point in having VOIP if I’m unable to use it to its full potential.

Call quality is great and love I can see reports of who is calling me and when.

Old landline number now on my mobile
Great to be able to take and make calls using my old landline number on my mobile.

Switched to this app after getting rid of my business landline. Would never go back, so easy to use and it’s really helped my business.

Really easy to log in, set up and use on mobile and laptop. Love the extra features it’s given me!
