先程購入しました。2014年発売のIPad Air 2でアプリを起動するとすぐに落ちてしまいます。IPhone8に入れてみたら、あまり時間はかけていませんが、落ちはしませんでしたが、画面が暗いままで何もできませんでした。対応お願いしたいです。

最初の画面タイトルで、40種類の発音記号を開放しようとありますが、発音の穴埋め問題を進めても、初めからある15種類の発音記号だけで先へ進む方法がわかりません。どうしたらいいのでしょうか？アプリ自体の内容はシンプルで良いと思うのですが・・
