Restore Paid Version
Hi,
I have emailed you all months ago in regard to restoring my paid version of this app. This is a great app that I used when my son was 1 and have been raving about this app to my family and friends for years now. My son is now 8. I have a daughter now also and I wanted her to start using the app, but I noticed that due to storage the app was deleted. I redownloaded it and now I’ve somehow lost access to my paid version. I tried to restore it and nothing is happening. Please respond back to my email on how to restore my paid version.

If you did not get our response in 48 hours, that means there is something wrong with your e-mail. Please check your spam folder. It's also possible that you mispelled your e-mail address, please try to send it again.

Why iTunes releases apps that don,t work?
This app is hanging like crazy. Most animations are not worKing. I was wondering why my kid doesn’t stick to it anymore. What is the process for a refund?
Buyer Beware
This was a really great app but now my purchased version does not work and it is not possible to contact any type of app support. Shame because it was a really useful app and the kids loved it.
Games take a long time
The games are fun but my 3 year old loses interest because the games take so long before a sticker can be earned.

Best app ever
I don't know why this app don't have a lot of reviews. My daughter is 3 years old and now knows all her phonic sounds. Thank you 22learn you made my job easier.
App doesn't work
All I get is a black screen. Emailed company but no response

I am sorry for the issues. We answered your e-mail the same day, but unfortunately, you did not give us a correct e-mail address. When we do not have your e-mail address, there is nothing what we can do. Please make sure that there is enough space on your device, usually these issues happen when the device is low on storage space. If this is true, make some space (delete some other apps etc.), delete the app and reinstall it again from the store. You can also try to restart your device.
Great speech and listening tool
I’ve been using this with my 3 year old who is deaf with cochlear implants. He’s got a large vocabulary but he struggles with certain sounds like “p” and “k”. I love that this app doesn’t add unnecessary music in the background. It makes for an ideal listening experience for him. I love that this app allows kids to progress through the phonics and reading in small increments. Like one lesson will focus on a/s/t/p/m. That makes the letter and sound recognition easier to remember with repetition. The app has a lot of great potential.

Excellent app and customer service
This app is great for my daughter! I have 4 of there apps and she loves them all, all great learning apps. I had an issue with downloading my purchased apps onto a new iPad and I contacted the company. Bohumil contacted me right back and helped me fix and resolve the issue immediately. Thank you Bohumil for your help!

Got this app after trying several others including abc mouse to help my daughter who was having problems relating the sounds with the letter. It's fun and easy to use and she has made real progress.
Its a wonderful app so far but
Its been a great app for my kids and I would recommend it for parents who wants to give their kids a headstart in early reading. However, after upgrading to iOS 10.3 today, I got an alert on the screen that this app would stop working with the next iOS upadate if the developers don't upgrade this app. So, I would request the app developers to kindly upgrade this useful app.

Really love the reading game. Please create a stand alone reading app with the same features. Also include a customizable sight word game and a word family game.
It's great but
I bought the pack for my daughter and it's great she learns a lot. I just wish it would stop giving the option to add new player unless you're in the settings. I have to go back each time and delete the extra profiles my daughter makes
Just a blank screen
My son really loved the lite version but the full version does not even launch.
Stickers
Great app, my daughter loves it. The only problem is, the stickers that she earns keep disappearing. She gets really bummed out about it. Can't wait till this is fixed.
Stopped working
Just started using this with some struggling readers and they liked it, but it has frozen and won't work any longer. Please fix, guys!
Great...if it worked
I just paid money to have my kid be upset because this doesn't work. Freezes before we can even open the game. We had the free version and loved it so we paid for full and it is useless. FIX IT or REFUND me my money!
