LOW VOLUME

I have the volume on my phone all the way up, and I can hardly hear the word that it’s telling me.
Make it great like desktopMake it great like desktop

Sound issue

No matter how high the volume is on the phone, I can barely hear the app voice.
Also same problem with recording.
Also when I swipe the word, I cannot swipe back to return or reverse or review.
