Phonos works
I wanted to leave the Sonos architecture and move to another company, but I had over 20 playlists created in Sonos which I wanted to transfer out. The Phonos app allowed me to create a file and then I used Soundiiz to import the playlists into Apple Music.
It worked and I am very pleased. Thank-you for creating this App

Phonos
Cannot get my iTunes playlist to load. No volume level indicator
Works great for missing playlists
If you can’t get your Sonos playlists to display and play in the new app this app will do it, free version.
Excellent!
Allows me to export a Sonos playlist as a text document. Exactly what I wanted, thank you!!
Great little app!
Very easy to use, I can do lots of things Sonos doesn’t care about. Thank you!
Doesn’t work
Sees devices, rooms and playlists but cannot do anything with it
Exactly what I needed
Easily played a playlist from S2 on S1!
Invaluable Split System Support.
This app allows me to copy all of my playlists from the S2 controller back to the S1 controller.
This is why it’s needed.
During the upgrade from S1 to S2, Sonos moves playlists etc to S2 but later S1 has to be reset to run older Sonos components and all playlists etc are erased from S1.
The Sonos system has no inbuilt function to copy playlists back from S2 to S1.
Thankfully this app fills that gap avoiding the tedious task of rebuilding playlists manually.
I paid the small subscription and a few clicks later was easily able to copy playlists from S2 to S1.

Playlist export!!
Invaluable tool for exporting Sonos playlists, then you can use another tool such as Soundliz to import in to whichever music app you like. Saved us loads of time when our playlists were decimated by the demise of Google Play Music.
Great support from the developer too!

Irreplaceable!
This app let me save and then print my Sonos playlists, which would otherwise have been lost when I started to factory reset my speakers.
Had some hiccups in using it since I had a Sonos 1 and Sonos 2 system on the network at the same time (this was part of a tortured transition trying to reintegrate my bricked Sonos 5 into the overall system after the Sonos “upgrade”).
Contacted the developer and he could not have been more helpful and creative in making it work. Wonderful support.
App highly recommended!

How do I request a refund?
Thought the app would allow me to play my playlist from my iPhone like Sonos used to allow me to a couple of years ago. I went ahead and deleted the app.
Response from developer
Every feature can be tried out before you opt to pay for the Feature Pack, including Playlist playback. The app is designed to work with Sonos playlists, sounds like you expected it to work with iTunes playlists.
Inaccurate specs provided
Could use some UI improvements, but my main concern overall is that the spec information provided isn’t accurate. For example, the Sub Gen 3 is listed as having 128mb of RAM in the app, but Sonos lists it as having 256mb so something isn’t right here.
Response from developer
The app gets the memory data from the device itself. The Sonos web site has been wrong before when it lists device specifications. Maybe the site lists the total of flash and memory?
Wireless Status
Useful App! Reporting if WiFi is enabled or disabled on the Sonos device would be a great feature.
Response from developer
Great idea! The 1.2.1 update shows the wireless mode now.
Works well for me
I only have S2 equipment but it works well for me. Handy to backup playlists. Well done
Why
Dony see the point it doesn’t tell you anything that the app doesn’t.
It works.
The app works. But I’m not sure what’s the point? Are there further features to come?
Response from developer
Check the 1.1 version, several new features!
