Can’t get the App to work

I’ve tried several times to get it to work and it doesn’t let me. It let me take a picture or scan but it keeps saying error.

Goes black

Cannot use the app. I downloaded it and when I click on it, it just goes black and goes back to my main screen on my cell phone.

Problems with the app

I can’t access the app. It does not recognize my user name or password and it does not provide a way to enter a new password. If I try to reinstall the app it says the app is alrready installed for my email. 😡😡 When I try to scan a bar code it says that it has problems reading the image, to try again. 😡😡

Am I stupid

Downloaded the app, added my email address and a password. It keeps telling me to “Sign out”. Will look for another app. Thanks for nothing

Great tool

Phosphate additives are in so many foods and beverages. The ingredient list may be long and letters can be small. This app is a great teaching tool and helps patient save energy and time.

Great idea but doesn’t work

Freezes up when I scan barcode or take picture. Can’t read results.

We have updated and added a network check that will let you know when the app is having problems due to a slow internet connection. 11/03/2021: We have also added an offline mode for our rural area. Love the idea!

I’m a renal dietitian and have been recommending this app to my patients. However they have come across quite a few items that they scan a barcode and item is not found. The other issue I have found is that there are items that don’t have the word “ingredients” and the app isn’t able to search the ingredients. It’s a great start but running into those issues.
