The app doesn't recognize the stick I can't see my photos I'm just stuck on the first step there is no customer technical support number in the instructions it's either you got it and it works or you don't which I don't

App Never Recognizes the Stick
The app never recognizes the stick, even though the hardware is working (I can see the photos in my files, in a volume called NO NAME when the stick is plugged into my phone).
Really slow
Takes a long time. 2 hours and another 2 to go.

Thank you for your review. We have added the ability to back up photos and videos stored in iCloud for version 1.5. Backing up from iCloud significantly increases the backup time because the files must be downloaded from the cloud and then saved to the stick. The iCloud backup feature can be turned off in the app settings menu, but then you won't back up some of your photo/video files. We would appreciate it if you could help us improve the app by emailing our support with the logs by tapping on the help icon and then tapping the button to send logs to support. This will help us to improve the product in future versions.
Do not buy this product
I installed the photo stick that then installed this software. It downloaded some pictures once and now doesn’t work and won’t connect. Despite several emails to their support function I have had no progress in getting it to work. Complete rippoff.
