Can’t restore

No matter how many times I hit restore. Nothing happens at all so my lifetime account is gone. This is BS developers I’ve been doing this way too often and I’m contacting Apple because this is against their rules and regulations you’re not allowed to make it to where people can’t restore their accounts and you can’t take away their accounts or make them pay more
