A couple months ago I downloaded it a lifetime free app. Recently I delete it by accident, so I redownload it again. The app asks me for payment.....The app cannot recognize my apple account.

I have hope using this app to help me quickly choose which photos to remain and to delete. However, it turns out that I'm wasting more time to do it since "deselect all" button on the top right and "back" button on the top left can be easily tapped without further verification. These make the app forgets where I stop browsing the photos in the app and which photos I have already selected. I have to re-select everything again, which is a nightmare... I wish the app could memorise them, and get me back to where I left.
I hope that there could be a mechanism to check with me again whether I meant to go back or deselect all, to avoid miss-touching those buttons... Otherwise, this is a time-consuming and time-wasting process consider having thousands of photos to delete in my phone.

L’application dite gratuite au début n’indique pas qu’après avoir passé du temps à faire le tri des photos dupliquées il faut absolument payer…

I found restore purchase and have found the app very useful. Developer did respond.

Hi, I was looking for your email, but couldn't find :)) Please try these options: 1. In the paywall press "restore purchase" If that doesn't work: 2. Press buy on plan you previous had, it should detect that you have already one. If that doesn't help, write me again.
Force closes
After scanning, app force closes before I can delete anything. 15 pro max with iOS 18.0.1.
Subscription went away
Great app ! However, after the update the lifetime subscription is gone and it asks to resubscribe there is no way to restore purchases.
Update: the developer came through and showed me how to restore purchase. Top notch app worth the money

Great app ! However, i claimed it as a lifetime free app subscription but now after the update the lifetime subscription is gone and it asks to resubscribe there is no way to restore purchases.

Chez moi le processus d’analyse ne se termine pas. D’autres problèmes : difficulté a désélectionner une petite photo présélectionnée, l’IA ne fonctionne pas : deux photos de textes sont forcément identiques, elle ne peut distinguer si un sourire est meilleur qu’un autre, il confond la cni de ma fille et celle de mon epouse… trop de résultats a désélectionner difficilement et apres l’app plante. Le bouton retour de l’ecran de visualisation est en blanc donc invisible sur une photo blanche a cet endroit. Pas au point.
