Great concept but consistent issues
I have used this app and it’s predecessor Ollie for years and it used to work well. It’s a simple interface and a great way to clear duplicates, screenshots, and other clutter. The last 6 months or so I have had a LOT of issues, which has led me to not renew my subscription. The app crashes and then no photos show except for those taken since the crash. I end up having to delete the app, redownload, and start over. I’m the last 6 months, I’ve probably had to do this 12 or 13 times. When I’ve reached out for support, I get an “undeliverable” response. I am very disappointed because I did really love this app and found it very useful, but I will likely be switching to a different app once this year subscription expires.

Helps me clean up fast!
I have thousands of photos and videos saved, and this has been a simple, manageable way to decide what’s worth keeping and what can go.

I like seeing my progress, the app stores my stats. I did have to reinstall after getting a new phone to make it work again. I think it’s expensive.

I love this app when it works. I paid $40 for the year and it’s stopped saving my progress and reset everything. I have emailed and no response. Please help!

By making any User Content available through the Services you hereby grant to Keepbox a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, or modify your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services.”

We don't have access to your photos. We don't download them. The app needs access to them so you can organize the photos on your end, but they are never downloaded on our side.

I love the update! I really appreciate that it tackles one day of the month at a time, cycling backwards through every year of that same day. This sure makes this task feel so less daunting! This new format makes tackling my 50,000+ pics feel doable now! THANK YOU!!!
Doesn’t work anymore
The ability to delete within the app stopped working about ten days ago. I’ve tried reaching out to the developer team 6 times. I was told once to delete and reinstall. That did not work. I’ve been sending following up emails for 9 days. Waste of annual subscription. I loved this app prior to this mess so this is unfortunate.

$6 a week is offensive to consumers
Truly makes me want to quickly deploy something and offer it for free just to spite y’all.

Great app but the price is untenable for an app to use regularly. Might as well buy more storage.

This app actually deletes the photos and saves space! Just dont forget to empty the trash because thats how it deletes from your camera roll!

Please don’t get this app it’s lying
Why would you make us have to wait to clear our phones out and it also doesn’t show how long the free trial is so I’m not gonna take that risk and please let us delete more then 4-7 photos a day if I wanted to take a long time I would have done it the hard way
No nuance
The app is too simplistic. It suggests photos to delete, but doesn’t provide any reasoning. Maybe it’s a duplicate, but it looks like a good photo. Also, it doesn’t let you easily skip photos. I want to be able to scroll and see if I do have a better version of that image, and then make a decision on which ones to delete.
