Paid for subscription and it isn’t working

I have been using PicTiles for over 2 years now. Money for my yearly subscription was deducted from my account but the app is saying I need to subscribe. When I click to subscribe it says I already have subscription but I can’t access anything on the app, as if I don’t have a subscription.

Awful

I purchased this app on a trial basis and decided to continue. Funds were drafted from my account and then was no longer able to use the app. I have contacted the developer numerous times with only one response that they would look into the issue and resolve it and nothing has happened this is been over three weeks now.
