The most confusing app ever!

I open the photos app and iOS and follow the instructions the red lines that appear on top of the photograph to show the placement of the photo saves with the photo. The only thing I’ve done is at red lines and red circles and red squares and red triangles everywhere. Now my photos are screwed

Teach art composition rules

Got all photo apps from this dev... all are great! This one is interesting... it teach art composition rules in Apple Photos

No longer appears as extension

Great app but not kept updated. This app does not appear as an extension on iPhone 11

No editing ability.

Was of no use since it doesn’t appear you can even make edits to existing photos using the overlays. Therefore it was a waste ...mostly of time.

Response from developer

We have release a new version for iOS 14. You will find a new guide to use the extension in the Apple Photos app. Please get the FREE update. You can contact us for any questions at https://www.digiguys.com

This app is great, but if you want real-time in camera

For real-time in camera composition rules get the Wise Camera app or for after post-processing composition rules get the Wise Photos app

Informative

The app has some good information and is useful to see how some composition models can be applied to you picture. I just wish you could zoom in or crop the picture while using the app, in order to achieve a better proportion.

Don’t need a grid After I take the photo😡

Those with a brain will apply the grid while composing the shot not after

Response from developer

Hi... Thank you for the feedback, we heard you. Photo Extension works inside the Apple Photos app by overlaying 12 composition rules on photos already taken to review and learn about composition. For a camera with composition rules, you might want to try our new Wise Camera app, you can get it at https://apple.co/2xgUnEP

Love this tool!!

I was very happy to find this app. What a great tool for iPhone photography !!!

Response from developer

Thank you so much!

Brilliant for composition

Love it and how easy it is to use

Good learning tool

In studying principles of photo composition I’m finding Photo Ext Comp of benefit in analyzing my photos. I can see which principles I followed and how they’re enhancing the overall effect of my photo. The only thing I’d suggest is the ability to transform the size of each effect without changing its proportions. That would make it a five-star tool for me.

Response from developer

Hi... I'm sorry that Photo Extension Composition was not what you expected. Photo Extension works inside the Apple Photos app by overlaying 12 composition rules on photos already taken. By viewing your own photos with Photo Extension, you can learn a lot about photography composition on your own time. Each composition rule is explained in detail to learn more about photo composition. If you want a camera with composition rules, you might want to try the Wise Camera app.

😞

Not what I was expecting

Very helpful!

Wonderful!

Very good photography app

Explains 10 rules of getting a better photo. It uses a photo you have taken and applies each rule with the explanation. Very helpful if you get a lot of "not so good" photos.
