I too expected a typical histogram with adjustments. This app simply shows histograms for an image - and is not an integrated plugin in the usual sense. It’s a shame because PHOTOS really needs a decent histograms function for pro photographers using iPad OS…

I was expecting an adjustable histogram tool. Not really happy with the purchase.
Quite handy
I’ve wanted to have a histogram in Photos on the iPad for some time, and wasn’t aware it was possible until I spotted this extension app.
It is a little clunky, but is reasonably useful. I find it sometimes shows no data on the first run, but if you repeat the operation it works fine. I like the amount of detail it shows, and the different histogram types that are available for analysing the images.
It’s a shame there’s no way to show a live histogram, but I suspect that’s a limitation of the OS, so can really blame the app for that.
One other little quirk I found, is with this app, you need to click ‘Cancel’ when you’re finished, if you click on ‘Done’, you start filling up your library with small thumbnail/preview images (can’t think of why you’d want that).
I did buy this as part of a bundle, but this is the most useful, and not bad value for what it does.

The only one in the bundle that I can actually use
This app has some good information and helps you understand the histogram of a photo. The only reason it’s 4 stars is because I bought it in a bundle and the rest of the app are ok but the watermark app will not batch watermark and the resize app will not batch resize, you have to do them one at a time.

I’m not changing my rating from 4 stars. Because it is the best extension/app they have in my opinion. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars on this extension is because the others in this bundle was a disappointment. But it was my fault for thinking they were app’s. They are not but extension.

Only generates a static graph, not interactive.
Easy to use, but it only generates a static histogram that sits in front of your photo in Edit or in regular display. Better than nothing, but I was hoping for a graph that would update as I changed highlights, shadows, &c.

You can use apps like PhotoShop or Pixelmator in the desktop to adjust the RGB. This is an Apple Photos app extension that let you view the histogram. You can always contact Apple for a refund. Not worth the effort.
Did not work effectively on my iPhone 6 - feed back or support via App does not work - email address supplied non existent. Refund offered but can’t be bothered to be honest. Time to move on!!

Simple, brilliant and to the point
Good and fast histogram tool. Can be called from share sheet and as extension in edit window.
Highlight clipping and shadow warning would be a nice-to-have feature. Not included yet, and not critical.

It does what it says, but not without extra effort
Reading a histogram is essential to creating quality photographs. There are too many situations that will fool the camera and produce bad results. This program does what it says it does. However, you have to press the share button each time and there is no way for it to automatically come up as browse through images. Additionally, it does not interface with the Sony Play Memories app which I use to control the camera. So I have to go through three steps to see a histogram which should be automatic. Suggestion: add an eye dropper and flash highlight warnings (like the camera does).
