I updated my iPhone and am locked out of photoguard. There’s no way to contact them to reset my password or anything.

With new update I lost all my info

With the new update I lost all my info! I need to get my pictures out, and there is very important info in that app. I can’t believe how people can be so irresponsible! It looks like the company vanished.

Can’t access App after OS11

I need to get the photos in the app out but I can’t even open the app after recent OS update. I checked files sharing in iTunes but the Photo Guard has no file there. If you don’t plan on updating it, please advice on how to take those photos out. Thanks.

Disappointed

I loved this app, but after IOS 11 update, I can’t even open it. Please update this app, I’d hate to lose everything !!!!

Update the app !!!! Impatiently waiting now.... lost ALL pics because your app won’t work with IOS 11. How many unsatisfied customers does it take for you to correct this problem ???? (Nov. 1 2017) it’s been a couple of months already.

How careless from you and Apple to allow this latest update without updating the app. Worst, there is no way to contact you about this.
