I am so excited you are back and opening a new and better picture journaling app. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have been trying to use the app for a long time. To my surprise I could longer login. I began journaling with you since 2012. Many friends of mine are thrilled also. I texted them earlier this week that you were back. Everyone is thrilled. THE APP IS BACK!!!!
i’ve been using this app since 2015 and for a while I wasn’t able to open the app at all and was heartbroken so I’ve lost a decades worth of memories and captions! I am so glad that this app is back and all of my information has still been stored!!!!!

Ruined by update
After five years of collecting photos on this app the new update has resulted in limitations and restrictions. Users can only choose a photo from that 24 hour period rather than the photo library, edits made to the original photo are lost when posting and the only adjustment that can be made is cropping, and you can no longer easily swipe through past photos but need to click them one at a time. So disappointing. The added new features are not necessary. Wish you could bring back the former version.

Awful
The last update is awful. The app is cluttered. Photos do not pull into the calendar correctly. The new monthly collages are junk! After 10 years of use this will make me quit. Please change it back!
Great Photo App
I’ve been using this app since 2017 and the app refresh is great! I love being able to look back on memories and have an organized photo app.
Awful clutter
I wish I’d looked at the previews before updating. The older layout was clean and serene. The new layout is as cluttered as the junk drawer in my kitchen. Not happy with this one!

Please change it back to the way it was. I lost well over 60% of my photos!!! The main page layout is awful. Horrible “update.”

It’s beautiful. It’s amazing. I’ve used Collect for as long as I can remember having an iPhone. I kept it installed on my phone all this time even though it was unusable bc I loved it so much. Today I saw that the icon was updated. I opened it. It WORKED and my data is still here. I AM SO HAPPY!!

Updated!!!!
I’ve used this app daily since September 2012 (even though there were no updates for years and it was dicey getting my photos transferred each time I got a new phone) and TODAY THERE WAS AN UPDATE. Thank you!!! I’ve never found a comparable app. This app is perfect and hopefully the update means new people will discover it.

Doesn’t work!
I’ve been using this app for 5+ years and now with this new update I can’t add anything to my day. Go back to the way it was please. This is junk. I lost the entire month of July 2026. WTH?

Hello! I love this app. I have been using it for years. Went in and now the app won’t open. Is there any way to get one last download? It seems this app is no longer being used or updated.
Stopped Working
Used to be one of my favorite apps but now it won’t even open.
App NEVER WORKED / unable to reach developers
I was very excited to download this app based on the good reviews but now I’m very disappointed on the download. Every time I attempt to open the app it opens and immediately closes. I attempted to reach the developer which the App Store would direct me to external developer’s webpage but that wouldn’t load either. I try to reach through the Apple Store and the only response i get is that have no purchases under this worthless app. Very disappointed!!

I just purchased this app and it won’t open or load at all. I tried deleting and reinstalling and it still won’t open. So frustrating.
Crashes
I can’t even get it to open. I’ve done all the steps to remedy & it crashes immediately upon opening.
Not supported anymore
Like many others, I have 10 years’ worth of daily photo journals that I can’t access or export because the app doesn’t open anymore. Please, please, update the app so it’s stable enough for us to take our data out.

Immediate crash at launch. Repeatedly. I now see it was last updated 6 years. Shame cuz it looked like a bingo
