The major enhancement in this release is a completely redesigned viewing experience for shared stories and posts. Instead of appearing in a daily journal format that recipients need to scroll through, shared stories and posts now play automatically in a cinematic style inspired by documentary storytelling. Recipients can speed up the playback or slow it all the way down to a manual slideshow, which lets them step through the story or post at their own pace. We’ve also improved performance, fixed bugs, and updated the underlying technologies that keep PhotoJournal fast, reliable, and secure.
