PLEASE REMOVE AI FROM PHOTO LAB. PHOTO LAB IS NOT WORKING BECAUSE A SUBSCRIPTION KEEPS POPPING UP. THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY.
Not worth it
The app is not free! I pressed the X button but after that banners pop out every minute. And when I press the X button, I can’t generate anything. There is also a limited amount of choice. BAD BAD BAD !!!!!!!!! DON'T download.
Biased and shows favoritism towards certain creators
PhotoLab is an absolutely garbage app. It very clearly shows favoritism and preference toward a very small group of mainly Russian creators and features only their work in the feeds where users can go to select combos and templates. I have made so many original combos and creations with the intention of allowing users to be able to access them and rework them using their own photos, but my creations (which in many cases are far better than a lot of what these favored creators are making) is never featured in the feeds. PhotoLab doesn’t even rotate people’s art to give everyone a fair chance to showcasing their work in the feeds. It’s always the same select group of creators whose work is displayed on the feeds and everyone else is expected to use only those creators’ templates in DreamLooks and InstaLooks to make something if they want their work featured, which is pretty stupid because I want MY original work featured just like they get to have their original work featured! Moreover, the feeds feature outdated content from more than five years ago, I guess because it got thousands of “likes.” PhotoLab should feature only current content created by a wide variety of users so that everyone has a chance to share their art. Another complaint I have is that there is bias on PhotoLab when it comes to what is considered allowable content. Several times some of my photos had just a tad bit of cleavage and PhotoLab refused to publish them or allow them to be visible to its community. However, I have seen so many other users post photos far more explicit than mine including skimpy bikini photo creations that PhotoLab allowed to be shared and accessed. So why the bias? Either allow all content that might be considered adult or explicit, or allow none at all. Picking and choosing content based on how many likes it has or what country the creator is from is stupid. Russians seem to be allowed to post anything just because the app is based in Russia. Finally, I have a paid premium annual subscription to PhotoLab, yet there are still limitations on how many VIP and premium features I’m allowed to use per day. This is just plain dumb. If a user subscribes to a top tier service, he or she should get incentives and amenities - such as unlimited daily use of features on the app. I detest apps that ruin the user experience by becoming popularity contests or employing unethical practices and I’m sorry to say PhotoLab is one of these apps. I will definitely be looking for a much better app with which I can create my art.

I been a longtime vip member and really enjoy the variety of art design video features,
However, lately the price of making videos changed drastically, went from no limits to 100 videos in week, charging . 99 cents per video if wanted one more video, I waited a week to make 100 videos, of those many were failures, never got credits back, still ok, but today the price went to the sky. 200 credits daily, videos cost 81 credits 😩one video was a failure, just two videos for 200 credites leaving me with 39, they asking 700 credits per .99 price. Sad indeed they treat my vip membership as not important. Hopefully they recap and diva better pricing.

I see how your company is getting the prices up, from making videos with not limit to 100 videos in week, then after few weeks it changed again. Now is 200 credits per day, each video cost 81 credits. 2 videos per day x 7 is 14 videos per week. Not the 100 videos per week I used to get. Bad way to decrease your service. Not info about the change that just happened.
For a VIP customer that has been using your app for years is bad indeed.
Now is I don’t used the reminder credits they get erased, also bad. It happened already few times. Lack of honesty. Your system stealing

以前使っていて、広告を見れば写真をアートっぽくできるエフェクトを使えるのが気に入っていましたが、久々に使おうと思って開いたら、3日間のトライアルもしくは課金プランしか利用できなくなっていた。
3日間トライアルが終わった後の週1500円や、年間15000円は酷すぎる。

So I just started no subscription though I'm sure it's way better with VIP but I don't use it and still the results are astonishing! There is ads you have to watch one every time you want to add something but the ads are like 5 seconds long! Love it!!!!!!!

Honest opinion and review
The app has changed drastically for the worst, not the better had a lot of cool filters now they barely have any and mostly are for women if you knew better you’ll do better

I’ve always loved this app. I could immediately see the resemblance with the transformations until recently. Something changed and not for the better.

Beware of this app. It said there was a 3 day free trial. Nope. They charged me. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone for support. I tried it out and after 20 minutes wanted to cancel the app. I was able to but was charged $9.99… no free trial. I wouldn’t have signed up for it had I known this.
