Not able to open the app

I am using this app for around two years, but from last month i not able to open it even trying with the right pattern lock, please expalin why it's happening how can i get my photos

There’s no way to back up lost pictures.

I have searched and searched on how to find my lost pictures on this app and there is no possible way to do so which is very upsetting since I had years of saved photos. 1 Star is well deserved
