Photo Proof: Timestamp GPS

Photo Proof is a field photo documentation app for capturing, organizing, and reporting photos from real-world locations. Add date, time, GPS coordinates, address, and project name directly to your photos when you capture them. Add notes, mark up images, organize photos by project, and create professional PDF and Excel reports. CAPTURE WITH CONTEXT Each photo can include: • Date and time • GPS coordinates • Street address • Project name • Optional company logo (Pro) Choose the stamp position, text size, colour, and plate opacity. The live camera preview shows how the information will appear on the final photo. WORK OFFLINE No account or server is required. Your projects, photos, notes, and location data are stored locally on your device. Reverse geocoding uses the system geocoder. A network connection may be required for the first address lookup in a new area, after which the address can be cached. PROJECTS AND NOTES Organize photos by project, site, floor, job, or any other category. Add project notes and individual notes to each photo. Use arrows, boxes, lines, and labels to highlight details directly on an image. Hold the shutter button for burst capture when you need to take multiple photos quickly. REPORTS Create structured reports from your project photos and notes. Export as: • PDF with table, grid, or one-photo-per-page layouts • Optional sign-off page with a signature • Excel workbook with a dedicated photos sheet (Pro) • Optional ZIP containing the Excel workbook and original JPEG files Free reports include a small “Generated by Photo Proof” line. Pro users can remove the app branding from PDF reports.
