I’m not sure what I’m paying for with Photo Revive. I purchased the service, and my subscription does not expire until April 2027, yet I currently have no credits and no apparent way to use the program without being asked to pay even more money.
If my subscription is active through April 2027, I would expect to have continued access to the service I already paid for. Instead, I’m being repeatedly prompted to purchase additional credits just to use it. This is extremely frustrating and feels very misleading.
The company has not been able to clarify exactly what my subscription includes, why I have no credits, and how I am supposed to use Photo Revive through the remainder of my paid subscription without making additional purchases. Fraud!

J'ai acheté le pro plan pour 1 an et les crédits ne se renouvelle pas journalier , qu'est ce qui se passe ????? Avec mon ancien plan j'avait 530 crédits par jour Avec ce pro plan 1 an ce serait 400 cédits par semaine????? Si c'est cela vous avez trouvé le moyen de faire du $$$$$$ d'une drôle de manière . Je vais m'en souvenir...

somewhat of a scam
I gave it a rating of one because there are no zeros. You have to pay for the app then you have to buy credits to get it to perform for you. If they were going to make you pay for the services after you buy the app, they should tell you upfront, but they don’t and that’s why I felt like it was somewhat of a a scam. The job it does on restoring photographs is fair at best. . If you’re looking to remove the glare on photograph and restore the definition I suggest you find somebody that doe it professionally. I can do much better job myself and I’m no professional just a hobbyist

IT'S WORKING NOW
The daily credits are now working
Results very, not quite ready for consistent results.
After downloading the app, I found that they do give you some credits to do a few projects. Photo projects take less credits than photo to video projects however, much of the photo to video projects results are not usable yet. They still charge you credits to make these unusable projects. For the photo to video projects I have just used their templates. What you see isn’t always what you get. But they still charge you credits anyway. You can even see in their Route 66 car template. The thumbnail for the template shows a 57 Chevy with a normal left headlight however, the right headlight is actually a left headlight facing 90° in the wrong direction. How can this company put something so obvious out? And I have had this app for about a month and that has not been corrected. If you select that thumbnail, it takes you to several templates. If you choose the one of the lady getting into the turquoise and white Buick and make a video from your video will have a very different car even a different color. The car is facing the direction of the car in the thumbnail. However, when your subject enters the car, the steering wheel is facing 180° from the windshield, faces the backseat actually. At that point, the door doesn’t fit the opening because the door opening faces One Direction and the door is facing 180° in the opposite direction so when it closes, you can see that doesn’t fit the opening, but somehow it smoothly close. Not a usable video at all and only one example. I have found many bad examples that are unusable. Just the simple template of putting one of your friends into an exotic car, they call it a coupe. I have tried it with several of my photos and once the person is in the car, you won’t be able to recognize them. It does not look like the people in my photos. Totally unusable for me, but still they charge me credits for that video. Time for me to try another app to see if I have better luck with a different app.

I had trouble accessing my credits. They offered great assistance and it was sorted without delay. It was never a problem with the app, more my lack of understanding.. great app

Can’t accumulate credit
This app eats your credit. I tried to check in everyday to collect credit. When it went up to 600, the next day i noticed the credit went down to 550. I didn’t use any. The next day it went down to 530. Other than that, the AI generated video is not that good. It changes your face and body shape. Not recommended! Some free AI app out there can do the same thing.

Brilliant app.. however..
Brilliant app..however the free daily credits are glitching and won’t allow me to save and store my credits, instead it actually takes away my free credits even when I don’t use them.. this has made me feel like it’s another marketing trick to force people into subscription service.. which eventually I would do but I’m now sceptical this will happen even with a paid subscription

Regressing
Customer pays good money however the AI editor is not following instructions. So the videos come back incomplete. This app works some days but others not at all
Great but disappointing
The app does a great job with old photos. On occasion it’s not a very good likeness of the face. The picture to video didn’t follow my detailed instructions even though I tried it several times. They are cool though. I’m disappointed that even with the expensive pro you are only able to do several pictures and then run out of credits . Then of course they want you to spend 20 or 30 dollars more to buy more credits.

毎日の無料クレジットで貯めれるのですが毎日ログインしても毎回20ずつしか貰えません。
day3で+50と記載してありますが必ず毎回day1の報酬でした。
課金してないからなんですかね？
仕上がりは広告で見た程の仕上がりにはなりませんでした。
昔の愛猫で写真を使用したのですが古かったのが悪いのかうまく読み取れておらず体毛の色が変わって別の猫さんでした。
解像度の高い写真の方が上手くいくかもしれません。

Can’t cancel, no answer, keep getting charged
This has been a horrible experience. Since Feb I have been charged even though I canceled then. I’ve emailed countless times and it’s August and I’m still being charged for this app. I’ve canceled through the App Store as well and still charged. They owe me hundreds of dollars and I get no response. This feels criminal. Working on reporting them to the BBB and Apple.

Absolutely ridiculous that you buy the app and then you have to pay additional money if you wanna do like five or six photos at a time. Ridiculous.
Great for Spotify playlist images
A true gem for creating images/artwork when I’m making new Spotify playlists. For examples, search FrankATracy. I give credit when I use the app.
Broken App: Stuck at Account Creation
Tried to create an account by both Apple login and email, neither works. A white arrow keeps spinning like it’s thinking and never moves past this point so I can’t use the app period. Only thing I can do is close the app and start over. Looked cool what a waste of time.
