Topaz, what are you doing? It does nothing.
What is this nonsense?
If I wanted an app that took minutes to upload a 1MB photo, did nothing once uploaded until force-closed, then did nothing except say ‘loading presets’ for eternity I would ask my 5 year old to ask the Elmo AI to code this in 2 minutes.
The web version works, albeit BARELY and EXTREMELY SLOWLY. Avoid this joke of an app, worst subscription I ever purchased.

Misleading/intentionally confusing name...
The app is only for uploading media to access on the Mosaic web app in a browser. You cannot restore anything with this app in and of itself.
I too am unable to make it work, and Mosaic hasn’t answered my emails.
Title says it all. I’m surprised, because I’m a proud owner of several Topaz software products. I fire it up, select one of 8 photos I put into it when I first got it – and I get one message and nothing else, “Processing. Please wait while your presets are being generated.” And that’s all that happens. Nothing else. Topaz, would you PLEASE answer my messages and tell me how to make the app work?

This app does not work … development team wanted me to use desktop …
Genuinely Useless
The app doesn’t really do much of anything. You can upload pictures, but nothing happens; tapping on the thumbnail of the picture gives an error that your presets are being generated. I’ve logged out, reinstalled the app, etc. — still nothing.
Is this supposed to do something?
