crashes
i have an album within the app with 146 pics in it. Took a long time to scan these and now the album won’t open!! App crashes every time. Paid for premium thinking that’s the problem and it still does not work. The icloud crashed too. Really frustrating and a waste of time. Do ya have a fix??

Spent tens of hours scanner pictures only to find I can’t export them from the app to save them on my device or in any way share them /access them outside the app. Waste. Of. Time.

App shuts down or freezes
I am so frustrated. I have spent days scanning photos from various albums but now when I click on the album that contains the photos my phone freezes! Then the app closes itself out. This is after I’ve restarted my phone and made sure the app is updated. And I can’t even click settings or anything else. This is after paying to become a premium user. Don’t waste your time!

It’s been very helpful using this app to organize old family photos so I can let the physical copies go.

It’s like having a scanning machine in your pocket. Works pretty well for photos but i use it for all my important documents.

I got this as a free app, so I didn’t expect much. I scanned a photo. There were real basic tools. Too basic if you ask me. My real issue is that I could only store photo IN THE APP ITSELF!
When I pushed a button to save the photo in the cloud (on my apple photos) I was asked for money. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO KEEP ANY SCANNED PHOTOS! Ridiculous! I’ve now wasted my time!
