This one used to be the best
5 years ago I wrote a review saying this app was by far the best option out of all of them. Instead of subscriptions, you paid once and you were done. No ads at the time either. Shortly after the iPhone 13 or 14 released the developer never realized that on the iPhone Pro models the app needs to be updated to auto-switch to the proper camera for closeup images, otherwise everything is just blurry. So okay, I just ended up keeping my iPhone 12 to use this app and I sent feedback to the app developer showing the issue on video… They saw the feedback but they just didn’t fix the issue. It’s still blurry for new iPhones years later. And to make it worse they are asking for an annual subscription now to scan photos instead of the one time payment. In addition, the iPhone 12 I have used this app years for because newer phones are blurry is no longer lets me scan because it says I have to subscribe, so I guess it’s just ignoring the one time payment I made originally? If you ask for a recurring subscription now, at least fix your app to use the right camera on newer phones so it doesn’t take blurry photos. Ads on the app now too. Pretty sad to see what was once such a great app get to such a state that it is in now.

Blurry at best and no support
I have used this app for five years. The first four years it was great. Something has happened since then and I have tried my hardest to get actual support but all they give you is 12 hours later an email that send you the link to the support articles. I have already read. Terrible and extremely frustrating.

Not great
Fuzzy pics. My iPhone camera is way better.
Missing photos
When I logged back into the app, all of the photos I had restored were gone. Now I have lost old photos that I cannot get back.
Not so good now
It was great 5 years ago. Upgraded yesterday and it no longer does multiple scans of your photo but leaves in the glare.
Can’t use it anymore
I'm wondering why I can no longer use the photo scan, even though I purchased it in 2021. It now requires a subscription.

Okay app, if you want the free option though don’t bother. The ads won’t stop and it only lets you scan 15 photos. Also it’s $10 dollars a month to rent the app.
Please I love this app
I literally have gone through so many other apps to find something good that works and all the other ones are trash. THIS ONE IS THE ONE YOU NEED. It is so easy and simple and they really understand what type of simplicity their users want. You just hold it over the photo. Don't need to do all the other crazy things of grabbing the edges blah blah blah. Simple. Easy. After scanning a photo a quick option comes up with a rotate or delete option. Perfect. That's all you need to debate in that moment. Did the print come out good? no? oh okay just remove that one really quick and let me try again. EASY. (my only critique is that the rotate button looks like a redo button but you'll learn after one mistake). Then after the photo scans it's already ready for another photo. BAM. after it's all done you can also go back and crop and edit edges BUT YOU DONT EVEN NEED TO. this app is GOOD and usually only a few you can see slivers of your background scan in the photo. these you can touch up. but other apps have a way lower success rate at capturing the whole photo and avoiding seeing the surface the picture is scanned on. I just wish they didn't make you pay after the first bunch. This is my request to please just add some more interesting features and make THAT the paid version. Why do you hate poor people I just want to scan my pictures and not pay a fee. Or just do a flat fee not a monthly payment. I'd do that tbh, this app is so good. But absolutely no monthly payments. There is no difference between using this app and just using your camera

Der Support hat zwar zügig reagiert, konnte aber leider nicht weiterhelfen.
Deshalb kann ich auch leider meine ursprüngliche Rezension nicht korrigieren.

Focus and recognition
Have yet to have success getting a good focus and recognize photos in an old album.
Doesn’t work - don’t bother
There is no troubleshooting, no assistance available. Couldn’t get it to work. Looks like you loose access if you stop paying
Export photos
Don’t know how to export !!
The same function like using normal camera!
If only I know it’s just like using normal camera I won’t waste time!
Blurry
It seems like a great concept, but every picture I scanned was blurry with my iPhone 15 pro. If I could have helped it focus, but it just hurriedly takes the photo without focusing.
Rarely works.
Most of the time when I opened the app it wouldn’t let me take photos - trying to make me subscribe again. Although I could clearly see that I had a subscription. Customer service was horrible. Mostly auto generated. Their code to fix it didn’t work. And the photos I was able to capture looked horrible

Great features but get me OUT!!
Easy and good quality and quick BUT I now hate it because I want to drop from VIP subscription and can’t—-no where can I find it in settings or any other parts of app.
