This App is totally worthless. I’m throwing away the frame because it hasn’t connected after 2 days. Very bad product.
Disappointed
The app initially opens but if you exit and try to go back in it just spins. The frame does work without the app but definitely will research another brand the next time.
Ruined Christmas gift
The expensive gift was ruined by subpar app development and support this app won’t allow you to register or sight in. There is no support no help it’s like lighting your money on fire going to the store to deal with this further!
Horrible App - Can’t use product
Received the frame as a gift and 2 days in still cannot get app to work. It just loads and loads. No error message, nothing. Researched online and it said possible server issue at app end. Did a software update on my phone and still doesnt work. Called support and been on hold for over an hour.
Very Disappointed
The frame seems to be a great idea, the quality of the sample photos are great, but once I tried to setup an account the app will not go past entering your name, email address, and password! Then it starts processing and never goes any further! Called the support line three times and stayed on holder an average of 35 minutes each time, sent support an email telling them how disappointed I was with the app and now my choice of frames I should have went with my first choice, the Aura frame! When a customer support line says a representative should be with you shortly tells me I made a bad choice and to return it and get something that will be supported properly!
