Confusing Size in Octets and Pixels
Maybe a translation issue and/or english is not the developper mother tongue, but those sizes are two different things!

What you are saying is not right. The application does reduce the size of the photos as advertised.

Update : The user has confirmed that he had earlier not granted the application access to camera roll. After grating the required access to the application his issue was resolved. The user is now satisfied from the application. Earlier response: Please let us know if you have granted access to the camera roll so that the application could save the compressed photos. Also, please let us know that what is not working on support@runisoft.com. We have resolved the issue of the customers who have contacted us.While emailing us, please send us the details of the settings and the photo that you are trying to compress.
