Thank you for the feedback. We are unable to trigger this problem. The email function seems to work fine. Please contact us via the app with the details of your device, iOS version and possibly a screenshot of the setup.
No longer works on iOS
I used this app for maybe 4 or 5 years but now whenever I go to save a setup or open a previously saved one it just crashes and nothing can be accessed from the past or saved. Major bummer.

Please try the latest update, it should fix all the issues. If you still experience crashes upon saving a setup you can disable iCloud sync in the app settings.

Is possible to have the studio lights to set on in the next update?? That would be a 5 star and best app ever

Cette application est super je l’utilise pour les schema pour le cinéma, j’aurais juste aimé pouvoir mettre mes propre icônes ainsi que pouvoir l’utiliser en mode paysage. Pouvoir aussi changer l’échelle avec de très grande scene et pouvoir mettre des cameras plutôt que des appareils photo. Il faudrait rajouté les tube led et pouvoir afficher seulement les noms des icônes sans les detail technique. Sinon l’appli est vraiment top niveau photo, avec ces petits ajustements elle pourras être pour la video aussi !!

Annoying when export that it the brand name written on it as it is quite an expensive app otherwise super helpful

If I could give this application a 6 stars, it still wouldn’t do justice to the amazing service the developer has given.
But before I explain about that, let me say as an application that allows me to articulate my setup, this is very comprehensive and modular. The options and drop down menu to change items is very convenient.
There is a bit of a learning curve to understand how things work, but once you know how it flows, it becomes second nature.
Absolutely love it.
The application is definitely a 5-star.
Now, why the 6 stars for the service ...
A couple of days ago I stumbled on an anomaly that got me wondering whether it actually worked on my latest version of iOS and the iPhone 11 Pro, then checking it on my other iPhone ( iPhone X ) I found the anomaly to still exist.
Basically I wasn’t able to see the option list to change setting etc.
Checking the AppStore, I had the latest version; and in the AppStore page found a link to submit queries etc., and so I sent the developer the anomaly I had discovered.
Within less than two days application was updated, developer stayed in constant contact with me to assure me of progress, and once it was recited an email came telling me to check it now ... and viola, a happy Wail.
This is the kind of after-sales service that makes me stay loyal.

Das ist genau die App, die ich gesucht habe. Hier kann ich ein Setup planen, beschriften und dann nachbauen. Oder ein Setup aus einem Buch heraus skizzieren, ausdrucken und nachbauen. Oder mein Setup einem anderen interessierten Fotografen zugänglich machen. Was auch immer. Sehr gut gemacht. Absolut intuitiv zu bedienen.

Almost there - Expensive considering
Almost does the job but can be a little frustrating to use. Labels will quickly get in the way of one another and need to be turned off because they can’t be read, which kind of renders the app useless for my needs. I was hoping I’d be able to draw up my core light setups and annotate them to share with other colleagues.
In particular, my issue was when drawing two heads on the same vertical plane but different heights. Annotating was impossible because the text just got entangled.
It would also be better if you could have some items annotated and others not. I need light power to show, but don’t need to see “white reflector” five times.
Lastly, when paying for an app, output pictures from the app should be clean and not include the apps branding!
Wouldn’t have paid for this had I known all of the above.

Thank you for your feedback. The label issue has been addressed in the latest version. Now they can be arranged separately. The default titles for reflectors can be now turned off.
Questions
How do I share setups across iPhones, iPads using the same iCloud account? How do I include my detail notes (additional information) from each light and reflector in the setup? How do you get landscape mode to work? Love the app and it can be useful to me. But i can’t use it without the above questions answered. Thanks.

All setups are shared automatically among the devices on the same iCloud account. You can add additional information in the titles of objects or in their additional info fields in each of the objects settings. There are plans to add the Landscape mode in the future. We hope that all your requests have been addressed in the last version of the app.

This app is great, but there’re a few things I’d like included...
• Show the color of gels on the setup, vs just saying the color
• Have speedlight as a light source vs as a modifier so modifiers can be added

My assistants don't have to read my mind!
Purchased this app, and thought - "just maybe, I can give those assisting me a copy of this setup diagram, arrive to a shoot and EVERY DETAIL is taken care of"! I emailed each person assisting me a diagram, and voila they got it, and everything was exactly as I wanted it. Nervanna!
This app is easy to use and if there was one thing I would change, it would be to force every camera manufacturer to include this app in their proprietary software bundle!

Save my time when recreating my lighting setups. Easy to use. Has everything I need.
Just what I was looking for!
I was thinking of a way that I can store my lighting setups and also use them in the planning phase so I went to the App Store and found this gem! Works well I just wish it had more equipment options and more detailed specs but other than that it functions just how I wanted it. This needs to be advertised!

Entgegen der anderen Rezession finde ich die App. super. Natürlich ist das für eigene Licht Setup's , eigene erstellte speichern, genau dafür ist die App gemacht und das kann sie sehr gut.
Beispiel Setup sind ein paar dabei, interessieren mich aber auch nicht. Licht Setup Plan und mit dem Bild das damit fotografiert wurde abspeichern, tolle Idee. So sieht man später immer wie das Bild entstanden ist.

Great app
Just started using and it's pretty nifty! Glad I downloaded it! Just wish there were a few more option in the grip section but it's great!

This must be the biggest rip off there is on Apple. I thought it would help with setup and show how the lights would interact with each other. It's just a blank page that allows you to record your set ups. Much quicker, cheaper and stores much more information with a pencil and a note book cooking you less than a quarter of what this con job charges. Disappointed and furious that this is allowed in the App Store, Apple should take more responsibility for its clients.
