اینجانبان علی رستم‌زاده به شماره ملی ۲۹۲۸۸۱۳۶۳۲ و ذبیح‌اله احمدیان به شماره ملی ۰۰۵۲۵۶۷۱۴۱، با توجه به اهمیت توسعه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر، کاهش وابستگی به سوخت‌های فسیلی و کمک به تأمین پایدار انرژی، بدین‌وسیله درخواست خود را جهت اختصاص و واگذاری زمین مناسب برای احداث نیروگاه تولید برق از منابع انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر به ظرفیت ۳ مگاوات در شهرستان شهریار اعلام می‌نماییم.

خواهشمند است دستور فرمایید موضوع درخواست اینجانبان بررسی و در صورت امکان، زمین مناسب و واجد شرایط از اراضی قابل واگذاری جهت اجرای این طرح معرفی و مراحل قانونی تخصیص و واگذاری آن مورد اقدام قرار گیرد.

بدیهی است اینجانبان آمادگی داریم پس از معرفی زمین، نسبت به ارائه مدارک، طرح توجیهی، مستندات فنی و اقتصادی و سایر مجوزها و مدارک مورد نیاز مطابق ضوابط و مقررات مربوطه اقدام نماییم.
