Stopped working
I paid for this app years ago and it always worked well. A few months ago the “pro” version stopped working, and I can’t get any response from the company. Really disappointed that they’ve ghosted this app.

Save your Mac Money
This app is not compatible with IOS. The wifi transfer feature not the find by file feature, or the Blue Tooth feature, or the connection by browser website feature does not work. it is totally a a disfunctional app, and a total waste of time and money for Apple IOS users. Seeking a refund!

Makes iPhone life easier
Photos on my phone are so frustrating! I take a lot and always think I’ll copy off to my hard drive and organize them. In reality, my cloud gets full, I get in a bind, delete pics I hope I really don’t want and then repeat. FINALLY, an app so easy to use with Windows 10 computer! It is easy to transfer and organize all at once. I LOVE THIS APP! Tip: Be sure to look at the Settings in the app on your phone so transfers work correctly and easily. I needed tech support, sent them a message on Sunday night, had an answer Monday am - very good support. Buy this app immediately!

Does not work on Windows 10
App is dated like 2019 and pops “this app uses Adobe AIR that is not available on your system”. Like to Adobe goes to 404.

Photo Transfer is a great app, especially for those of us who use iPhones frequently and have no USB ports to work with.
I would rate the app higher, except that it is not always reliable. It sometimes takes me three or four attempts to get the app and my computer to sync.
As a suggestion, why don’t you build in an HEIC conversion routine to your app, so that users who want to work with .jpeg files can avoid the Apple HEIC format?

this is the worst app i have ever purchased!!!
this app does not work,,, first, i cannot down load selected photos directly from ipad to windows computer, it makes me down load winzip for $50/yr, i want to use the direct cable link so that downloads will be faster, NOTHING works! i want my money back!!!
Works Pretty Well. (most of the time)
This app is One of the only apps I’ve found that actually works. But if it’s not the primary active app running, it disconnects from my computer. It would be nice if you could do other things with your iPhone while waiting for the pictures/videos to download. It also has issues pulling some items from ICloud.

I love this app, worth every penny to send photos to, and get photos from my iPhone. The Windows version of the app is tiny and works really fast.
It includes several features like not just download, but download then delete photos. It makes dealing with iPhone photos 100% easier than using iTunes.

Not Useful
Purchased the app to move my photos from Flikr to my device and then google photos. The app didn’t see the majority of the photos I had on flikr and I ended up still having to go into Flikr and individually download the photos from there. That were missed.
Then I wanted to upload videos from my device to my google drive. EVERY single video of over 60 videos in various lengths and qualities FAILED.
IT IS NOT WORTH THE $6.99 if your goal is to use the app to mass transfer data on your device. It will not work for this purpose.

Hi. Sorry you had trouble with our app! Our app should be able to view all your albums on your Flickr account, do you perhaps have some hidden albums? Regarding, the video uploads can you send us some details of the format of the videos? Were they taken with the device itself? I think there may be a setting to flip to make that work. Just purchased Photo Transfer App VPP and it works fairly good. I have a high speed internet connection and had several hangs and freezes using the Windows desktop version along with the required device app. The desktop version has lots of features but apparently has some minor glitches. I downloaded photos from my iPad 6 to my PC and then uploaded new photos directly to Camera Roll on the iPad. Had several issues with the app hanging. Had to reboot app on my PC and the VPP app on my iPad to get the transfer to start again. Happened a few times. If you have any large video files it will take a long time to transfer, but this app will get the job done. Good thing and what I needed is this app will load photos directly to Camera Roll where you have control of the photos and videos and can edit and delete them directly from your Apple device.

This excellent app makes transferring photos and videos from PC to iPad (and vice versa) very straightforward.
If you use the free version, you are limited to transferring 10 pictures at a time. That is fine for trying the app to see if it suits your needs, but it's well worth paying for the full version, which can transfer large numbers of photos. It also allows you to create new folders on your iPad from within the app, so there are no problems sorting the pictures after transfer.
