Cannot easily cancel subscription

When I go to cancel my subscription on the app, it says “cannot cancel subscription in app, please go to your App Store” I have emailed them saying to cancel my subscription, have not heard back. I hate when companies do this, they make it easy to download and subscribe, and extremely difficult to cancel subscription. There are far better apps than this one.

I loved this app for 20 minutes while I enhanced photos for my cat’s first birthday. He has a heart condition so it’s a miracle he made it to a year! After enhancing maybe 20, it said I would have to pay to do more! It’s $10 a week! I shouldn’t have to pay for anything more!

be careful

might be my bad, but they are really not clear enough about how they will use your credit card. I approved the “purchase” because it said 7 day free trial. I was going to just cancel, as I was testing multiple apps. I didn’t even save or download anything from this app, I simply added 6 pictures to a collage and next thing I know I get a charge for $10. just be careful with this one.

Als kostenlos deklariert aber nach der Installation sofort der Hinweis nach Probephase sofort Kasse. Probephase wurde garnicht angezeigt. Internetverbindung ist verpflichtend ohne dem geht's nicht. Schade.

Beware

While the app works, their spiel for $3.99 a month, not clearly stated. I thought that’s what I was getting…and got charged for a year. I immediately asked to cancel and got a message saying they cannot cancel. Sent me to the app, which was useless for that. I contacted them via the app for a refund and they were unresponsive. The app works but it was not my intention to pay for a year and their wording was misleading compared to other apps. Now I am stuck with an app I feel misrepresented itself subscription wise.
