App used to be free with an optional subscription, however now the subscription is required at download. And their monthly option is $10. Sad to see this app fall.

I’m not sure why after the most recent update I’m being forced to pay for a subscription and can’t access my saved photos and videos, can you help?
Holding data to ransom
App automatically updated from a version that was free to one that now requires a subscription with no warning and now no way to access my data without paying. In my book that’s ransomware.

Back when this app was free, it actually *was* a calculator. Then, they paywalled it and redid the entire layout so it no longer serves its purpose of a hidden calculator vault. All of my hundreds of notes, passwords, and documents are *poof* gone. My fault for not getting an external HD in time, but this is pretty lame.

Not great anymore
This used to be a good app but now it’s supposed to give you 2 options. Either use the basic or go premium. However it won’t let you select basic and it wants you to pay premium to access your files and photos. So currently without paying you are locked out
No syncing with iCloud
I have a lot of files showing on my iCloud, almost 2GB in total, and I’ve been trying to sync them to the app, but it keeps saying “sync failed.”

Lost everything
Had a bunch of important files in my account for years. All of a sudden the change the look and feel, now I have to login with a new Pin, and bang all my work is gone!!! I’m all for upgrades, but what about existing customers??
