Not free and requires signup to find out subscription is required
Really really dumb, free to install but useless without signing up for a subscription which you are not told about until you go thru the process of registering for the app. Should be banned from App Store!
Great but….
This app is awesome to have on the go but I have already paid to have the app and now I have to pay per month? On top of that I was supposed to get a code via email for a free code to the app because of purchasing the excel sheets, but I never received it. I would love to use an app that I paid for in the beginning but now sadly I won’t be using it.

Can’t get into the app
So a few weeks ago I purchased the downloadable spreadsheets and love them so I figured why not give the app a try. At least the free part initially. Well I can’t use because I have to subscribe and there’s nothing to click and exit to move forward with the trial. That really hits me in a soft spot.

Wonderful app, just needs more options
Love love love this app idea! Super helpful! Would just love the option to select Portrait photography for single subject shoots, Rather than group/family shoots. But, if you’re a freelance wedding/group photographer or a videographer, Then this is such a helpful tool and could actually reinforce your prices to your clients by breaking down your expenses and hourly rate. Great job to the developer! Would love to just see some updates added for single subject shoots.

Great but not better than the sheet
I purchased the excel sheet and I gave the app a try personally I don’t think it’s worth 9.99/month the app still feels a bit clunky which is ok since it’s v1 how ever I don’t like the fact that in the invoice there is a huge logo to the right that states photo taker price calculator right on the invoice this is not usable to send to any client. Other than that I like the same exact features I have when using google sheets and opening up the sheet I purchased for a 1 time payment of 14.99

Takes all aspects of your shoot into consideration and then provides you with a total to charge the client. You can even share invoices with the click of a button.
A must have for photographers!
This app thought of everything! It helped me know what I’m worth as a photographer and the best part is I can use the invoice feature to give to clients that details every part of the photo shoot/ editing process. This is a must have if you’re a photographer! It’s very user friendly also!
More client invoice details needed!
The issue I find with this is, the invoice is only showing gears cost breakdown. I don’t think most clients will care about that. I think you guys should seriously focus on the hours breakdown, taxes and other detail more then gears used, for $9 a month this is not worth it at all. Not even paying for the spreadsheet version is worth it cause I have it. I don’t use it because once again when u print out the invoice, only gear pricing shows up to give customers.

Early Adopters Discount? Where?
So let me get this straight? If we have already purchased the full version (pre-app store version), we have to pay even more for the ability to use this as an app? What’s the benefit of using this app if we have already purchased the initial version of your Photo Taker Pro spreadsheet? Is there some benefit of using the mobile app version that I’m not seeing? Please let me know. The spreadsheet version is $20 versus the mobile app costing $9.99 per month? Early adopters of your spreadsheet should have a much deeper discount in my opinion. I don’t think I would use this if I have already paid for the one time cost for the spreadsheet version.
