I am a paid PRO subscriber. Image processing has failed for over a week. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, reset my phone, verified storage, and confirmed billing is active. This appears to be a backend processing issue tied to my account. Please manually check my processing queue or reset my account token.

I do not recommend this app

I do not recommend this app I’m trying to cancel my subscription, but I’m not getting any response or support from them. This feels very misleading, and I believe Apple should review apps like this before keeping them on the App Store be careful!

Charged during free trial period

I signed up for the free trial. Within 2 minutes I knew this app wasn’t for me. I attempted to delete and cancel, but they had charged me for a year and what is worse is that I cannot figure out how to reverse the yearly subscription as I don’t need the app for even 3 minutes much less a year.
