It is really good, if u have the printer and the app wifi, and I love this app!! If u dont know how to use it, go buy the printer and it will tell you!!
Can not access printer wifi
So poor, I have kept it with me for long time and now open app but can not connect the printer wifi to print some pictures. Please fix or tell me any trick to connect. Thanks.
Sad to loose it’s function
It was working great and then stopped working. The photos aren’t super clear but I was so happy to have stickers filled with memories that I didn’t mind. If I need to buy another one because of a lack of software update then I will consider one with a better app and quality of the photo.
App no longer works
App does no longer connects to printer, which makes it unusable...

The app is not working after I updated my iphone to ios 13. The app update describes that it has been fixed to work on ios 13, but it’s not working. Please fix this, because it is a big disappointment to the users and only lowers the image of the company.
Not working under iOS13
Photobee stopped working after I upgraded my iPhone to iOS13. It kept asking me to connect to Photobee even though it’s already connected via WiFi. Although the app is already updated, I suspect the firmware also needs to be updated. Very frustrating.
Printer WiFi connect/Waste of Money
For several months I have not been able to connect to the photobee WiFi and it is connected on my phone yet I still get the message to connect. This was a waste of money. I’m so mad!! 🤬 why hasn’t there been an update!

App not working
The printer had been fine until the app stopped working properly. It’s been going on for months now and there’s no update. Not great when we rely on this printer for school projects.

This simply doesn’t work with latest iOS version
You can access to the printer status but can’t print anything.
App doesn't open at all
I received this for Christmas and the app never would open when I had my iPhone 6. Now I've installed it on my iPhone 7 and still just a flash when you try to open the app. App support link is in Chinese ~ what a waste.
App is NOT WORKING
App isn't working. Got this photo we printer for a present and the app opens to a black screen
App does NOT work!
Downloaded this app after receiving a PhotoBee Sweet Photo printer. The app does not work. On launch you are prompted to grant access to your photo library. From there the app just crashes. Deleted the app, restarted the phone and reinstalled the app and it still does not work. Running on an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 10.2.
