Taille décevante
Ce n’est qu’à la fin de la création de mon livre que j’ai vu les tailles possibles…. La plus grande 23x23cm!!! Déçue…

Bonjour je trouve la qualité de l’impression décevante. Les couleurs ne sont pas belles. La taille de l’écrit ure devrait pouvoir être modifiée. Par contre le site est très facile à utilisé et pratique
Nichts erhalten
Nachdem das Buch mit viel Herzblut zusammengestellt, bezahlt und angeblich versendet wurde, hat man nichts mehr gehört. E-Mails liefen ins leere und wurden nie beantwortet, das Buch wurde leider nie geliefert.
Das Geld habe ich über Paypal zurück gefordert und auch sofort erhalten!
Sehr schade, ich hätte viel lieber das Fotobuch erhalten, da steckte viel Zeit und Arbeit drin.
Bis heute habe ich nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten!
Ich kann die App nicht empfehlen.

Ich warte bereit seit zwei Wochen auf ein Photobuch im Wert von über 50€ , noch immer nicht angekommen. Support beantwortet auch meine Nachfrage nicht.

Stürzt ab
Mehrmals abgestützt. Einmal habe ich es bis zum Fotos Laden geschafft, aber dann war wieder alles weg. Nach dem vierten Versuch gebe ich nun auf.

There’s something wrong with this app, nothing shows up, I can’t make anything I have an account but it’s not letting me make a book...
Übernimmt das Guthaben nicht
Nicht cool - wenn ich aus „MyPostcard“ heraus mein Guthaben für ein Fotobuch nutzen will, heißt es erst, „eine zweite App runterladen“, und wenn man dort das Fotobuch fertig hat, akzeptiert sie dort den Login nicht. Heißt: Das Guthaben aus „MyPostcard“ kann ich nicht verwenden, nur extra bezahlen. Nice try!

Still have not received my order from 10/23....totally inaccurate shipping times states
Do not recommend this at all, stated shipping estimates no where near accurate. Contacted customer service and they said they would refund my credits...still have not processed credit. No way to track shipment-wondering if this is all a scam! So disappointed

Die App für Postkarten funktioniert gut die App für das Fotobuch ist nicht anwendbar. Der Aufwand beim hereinziehen der Bilder und dann das Ordnen der einzelnen Seiten ist sehr schlecht gemacht. Der Höhepunkt nachdem endlich alles dann in richtiger Reihenfolge war ...es ließ sich nicht übertragen . Der Support dazu passt zur App. (Sinnfrei) Also es gibt wirklich deutlich bessere App’s für Fotobücher die auch funktionieren.

Terrible service, over 30 days no items received
Terrible service they don’t provide you with any delivery or tracking info as all the others in the market do. It’s been 30 days for me already and still no items received. Customer service is not helpful, nothing. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ITS EITHER A SCAM OR THEY ARE SO AMATEUR ITS BEST TO USE OTHERS

Easy app and just received my photobooks earlier today. It arrived earlier than I thought and I am liking it so far. Should have submitted more clearer pictures though but overall, I am satisfied with my it.
