Don’t try and print off a few months of photos , after you have selected over 100 it just suddenly crashes and you have to start again don’t bother

Photo upload failure
Used Photobox for years, but this time I’m unable to upload any photos on the app. Spent 3 hours trying. Rebooted mobile and deleted app and still not working. At the point now that I’m going to have to go somewhere else. Shame!
Takes too long
It takes way too long to upload pictures, it takes an hour and half to load not even half the pictures.

Each time I download the app it won’t let me sign in , keeps saying error
Can’t type text
I have just created my first book on Photobox using the app and I was really pleased with it. So I have started my next book, but suddenly the app won’t let me type on my iPad. The keyboard simply doesn’t come up. It’s fine on my iPhone but I’d prefer to use the iPad as it’s bigger! I deleted and reinstalled the app but now can’t log back in as the keyboard won’t appear even on the log in page. Frustrating and a shame after the first book went so well.

Awaiting photobook
I rushed to get the Black Friday deal, it said the deadline was midnight on Thursday, and I now see it’s been extended for the weekend- just as others had advised was probably the case! I obviously wanted the 30-70% off, so got it done midnight yesterday. Accidently duplicated on a picture but hey!
The price for my book quoted £17 incl a gloss finish, and I went with the 2nd book for 50% option and £5.99 delivery. Not sure how it’s come up to £37??? Again, I rushed it so that I could get the “limited” offer.
Paid for standard delivery so they’re due in 6/7 working days. Await….

Can’t use app to create
I started building a calendar on desktop and wanted to carry on building it on mobile, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to add images to the calendar. Literally all I can use the app for is uploading images, which I can then add to the calendar on desktop.
Very unreliable
Last 2 orders have both gone awol - mainly down to them using evri - contacted photobox but they were useless & just didn't seem interested in trying to locate the parcel.

Rubbish app
I’ve used Photobox for years, but the app is atrocious. Choose a product (I wanted a poster print of a photo I’d already uploaded) and it directs you to upload it again. Choose the photo and all you can do with it is download, copy to album or delete. Why?? My last order arrived with one print half copied over the other. Sadly, avoid.

Adding pictures to a project then not really knowing how many you’ve got, then having to add separate bits to a basket? Garbage

Just use the website
The app runs into issues every time I try to upload photos for prints. It will allow me to meticulously select over 200 photos and save the project. But it won’t allow me to ‘upload’ and purchase. This ‘project’ however saved, cannot be accessed via the website. Overall 0/10, waste of time.

Really frustrating
Trying to use on my iPad but the app insists on staying portrait when the iPad stands landscape. If I go online I can make photo books but in the app that allegedly has more options etc I am stuck holding the iPad as if it’s a giant phone. Too annoying to bother

Can’t use photos in the Photobox album. Cant edit collages, can’t select format.
So gutted they deleted all my app creations
This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed an app and I’ve taken the time to share how shocked I was that photobox would delete their customer’s creations and albums. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds over the years on many creations that I absolutely cherish and would never have looked for another photobook app if it weren’t for this change. Do you hate your customers? It really doesn’t feel like anyone thought this through properly…

Too fiddly
All I want to do is print photos off my phone, but the app is terrible. I should be able to access my saved albums and then print directly from these. I uploaded photos, then to buy items I had to upload again and do this one at a time for A4! I just gave up! Still haven’t figured out the best method to print my photos. I will be trying another service.
