Can no longer view in Landscape
Can you please update this app to view in Landscape again??? We use this app for my daughter who has a disability and ever since the latest IOS update we can no longer view videoโs etc in landscape.

Worked for a very short time on iPad
I purchased it a while ago for an iPad/phone, since not much was available for those devices. It worked for a very short time only. I hope it is not being sold anymore, because it does not function at all, not even on the very device it worked for a brief time.

The app crashes and the plastic fall apart.
Bad update
The last update killed the app. It no longer works in conjunction with the photo fast HD memory stick/i-stick. This was the best device I had for my i-devices, Up until the last two updates which rendered the memory stick useless.

Not Compatible with iPhone X with Monster Digital
This app does not seem to be able to recognize a Monster Digital iX32 device when attached to an iPhone X. Fails to get past Initializing. The one and only time the app got past it. It said that my empty iX32 was 100% full. This app works just fine on my iPhone 6 with the same iX32 attached.

Useless update on iPad
This latest update (just like the prior half dozen updates) is useless on iPad. The app does not change to landscape mode. It is forever stuck in portrait mode. This is just another example of very poor product design and testing prior to release. An ever more common trend with software on the Apple App Store.
Even in portrait mode, the screen is now very cluttered with useless borders and graphics. Without landscape mode working it makes this product, well, nearly useless.

No Device Connected
Okay, the flash drive does match the application but no matter what I do, it still wonโt connect properly. I restarted my phone, deleted the application then installed it again, removed my bulky phone case, and still nothing. I pressed โAllowโ and when I go on the application, it still says that no device is connected and that I needed to restart my phone.
Is there another option or just the application itself? Thanks

Authenticating for a long time!!
After i update the last update ios 11, i connect the device "i flash HD" in the phone, but doesn't work ! My device (iPhone 6)

๐ A Few Suggestions
The app in my opinion has been well improved and everything, but is there a way that a horizontal feature can be put in? What I mean by is that you have your phone in a horizontal position while watching a video, and when you hit the back button or back arrow to look ๐ through your collections or albums of other videos, the app doesnโt rotate itself into a vertical position while your phone is still in a horizontal position. What if the app instead could stay in a horizontal position even when your phone is still in a horizontal position. I've also noticed If Iโm listening to a video in the background from the app, and I reopen the app, and then return to the home screen or lock screen, the video will stop playing, and hitting play from the lock screen or control center doesnโt resume the video. I hope there will be future updates out soon to fix this and possibly the first issue I mentioned.
