Absolutely worth keeping in your back pocket!
This is a fantastic app! I tried AI, photo apps, and Adobe to fix closed eyes in a family photo when I remembered this app that has a real expert retouch the photo! It was worth uploading and waiting with instructions in the notes for them. Well worth the small fee especially after everything else failed and would have taken much too long to learn myself. The other apps couldn’t do what an experienced editor could they kept trying to replace the eyes with a very unnatural look.

This app is life changing! Request Olya in your description notes! From someone photobombing to the wind blowing my hair into the air , they really know how to make things natural and perfect here at retouchify. The process is a steal for each picture! 4k quality!
Disappointed
I’ve used for several years and have been happy with results however my last 2 results were horrible. I can’t believe they even returned them to me looking like they did. I can’t use the pictures and they won’t fix or respond. Very disappointed and disgusted.

I have now been waiting for 7 hours and my edit says “in process”
If there is a problem with your paid edit you have no way to get it corrected
You can message the Designer but they will NOT respond so hope your edit is correct the first time around
There is NO Customer Service

Last update
This picture was not corrected at all. Usually line sagging in the neck area are smoothed, not this time. I am not happy. I did not see an update at all. Paid for nothing

I really love this App, the photos always come back edited, exactly as I have asked for
If for any reason the phots isn’t showing the changes you required, they will email you the edited photo instead
It’s a shame a few of the older editors like Olga and Leo and a few others are not as available as the newer ones, because their editing was flawless

I hate the fact that the artist can do pictures in 5 minutes ALL WRONG ! &. Theres no way to get your money back or a do over:

Très bonne application qui permet pour une petite somme d’obtenir des photos parfaitement retouchées par un professionnel. Attention à ne pas oubliez de donner le % de correction pour chaque demande !!! C’est souvent ce qui fait qu’on a l’impression que rien n’a été fait !
Disappointed this time
I have alway had a good experience with this app. Always satisfied. But this time I sent in an over exposed photo. Very self explanatory.
However when I got it back, there was one line across the face. That’s it.
I am going to try to use the more expensive option to see if that makes a difference.
But I shouldn’t have to do that.

Professional and top notch quality!
I just submitted few of my photos and when I received them back, I was simply amazed at how stunning they looked! The quality of the edits was absolutely top-notch and exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not be happier with the results. One of the things I loved most about using Retouchify was that their editors really cared about making sure that I was completely happy with the final result. They were incredibly patient and willing to make any changes I requested, no matter how small. Thank you!

Over 700 hours and no support
I submitted my photo about a month ago, and when I open the app it still shows it’s being worked on. I sent a question to support about a week ago with no response to see if they can tell me a date.
I can understand a mistake by the retoucher person, but no help from support?? I at least want to access my instructions so I can send elsewhere. I don’t recall the picture it’s been so long.
