I’ve only been toying with it for a few minutes and at first I thought it couldn’t even do the miniature effect. You have to edit the photo and then go into the “blur” setting. Then you select what plane you want in focus. All it seems to do is blur outside of where you select. Even with adjusting, it seems like there isn’t much in the way of a transition. Not impressed at all.
