About

Instead of burying everything in one giant camera roll, Photolog lets you capture straight into albums. A separate album for each thing you're tracking. Snap a photo or video and it lands exactly where it belongs. CAPTURE FIRST • Fast, native camera for photo and video is ready the moment you open the app • Capture directly into the album you choose • A live filmstrip of your latest shots ORGANIZE INTO ALBUMS • One album per project, plant, place, or idea • Rename, pin, and reorder the albums you use most • Move items between albums anytime • Import existing photos and videos from your library FIND ANYTHING • On-device text recognition reads the words in your photos, so you can search them • Automatic tags and fast search • An optional map of where your photos were taken KEEP NOTES • Add a note to any photo or video • See capture date, location, and details at a glance PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Works fully offline — no account required • iCloud sync is optional and off by default; your media stays in your private iCloud • Sign in with Apple only if you want to back up and sync across devices • Analytics are opt-in and never include your photos, notes, or locations Whether you're documenting a DIY build, watching a plant grow, logging birds, keeping a recipe collection, or just want a tidier way to remember things, Photolog turns your camera into a visual diary that's actually organized.

Sort your way: choose whether albums and your Library are ordered by when photos were taken or when they were added to Photolog (Settings, Sorting). Imported memories now land in their real place on the timeline. Also in this update: Deleting an album now lets you choose: delete its photos and videos too, or keep them in your Inbox. Scrolling large albums is much smoother, and big imports no longer slow the app down. Fixed a menu that sometimes ignored taps, plus two crashes and several sync issues.
