Free trial not free
I downloaded this app by mistake. I thought it was something that I was looking for. I instantly cancel this subscription that was free and now I cannot download or update any apps on my phone because he’s trying to charge me. For this app
YOU GOTTA PAY TO PLAY
There is hardly any AI out there that isn’t paid for and if they say “free” you only have a few images to create. I had to pay to create product photography and even then 5/10 x it gets it wrong
Poor support experience
Worked with support team they did not resolve my issue and did not provide case number or any documentation on the support provided. Extremely poor customer service
Not liking the latest update
The saying if it’s not broke don’t fix it applies here! Everything was going fine with the video generator until this last update. The latest update to the video generator is not good and way more problematic than before. I feel like the results are far less effective than before though there’s a lot more bells and whistles

The program doesn’t change the size of the picture . The possibility to make 16:9 from 9:16 was one of the main features. You all the time sell too much additional features while you even couldn’t preserve what you had… I’ll cancel my subscription
Needs lots of improvement
Why are you still trying to charge me ? I signed up for a trial and canceled straight away as I wasn’t happy with the results ! That’s not acceptable.
What went well is removing the background from some pictures.
Feedback on what I experienced:
One of the pages where you can add a photo and change the background was glitching, the screen get stuck and starts flickering.
When I placed a high resolution raw picture for it to be incorporated in a scene the product was restyled and looked different to what I submitted.
When I tried the settings of a video movement for the product it changed the product and made it different again.
My feedback is for the product to stay the same and not be adjusted to fit the scene AI is creating.
I tried 2 different levels of the membership and they both didn’t perform.

App is not accurate
I paid to use this app to post clothes for sale. The ghost app picks an item that is close to what you’re selling but not close enough to the actual item. Complete waste of money.
WORST APP EVER
Disgusting app, terrible customer service, and doesn’t even have good editing tools. Do not get this app. There are way more better editing tools out there.

Love the app, but Vinted doesn’t!
I really love this app. It’s easy to use, and uploading photos is quick and seamless.
I would have happily subscribed to a paid plan if Vinted hadn’t suspended my account because I was using images generated through the app. I appealed the suspension and explained that I wasn’t using copyrighted images, but unfortunately, I never received a response.
Vinted has also flagged and hidden several of my listings, claiming they don’t meet their guidelines. I’ve had a similar experience with Depop, where one of my listings was removed because they believed the image violated copyright.
I’m not sure if the developers of this app have any way to communicate with these resale platforms, but it would be incredibly helpful if they could educate them about how this technology works and clarify that the images aren’t copyrighted. It seems like there’s a misunderstanding that’s affecting sellers.
As I said, I genuinely love this app and would love to continue using it. Unfortunately, I can’t risk losing access to the resale platforms I depend on to sell my items.

После обновления 31.01.2026 стала ужасная обработка кожи на моделях, все неестественно, сглажено и не похоже на реальную кожу человека. Верните прежнюю обработку фото, версия которая была до этой, была намного качественнее и лучше конкретно в обработке AI-фешн-моделей.
Love Hate
I use this app all the time. It does an excellent job at removing the background and loads and tons of useful editing options. The app sometimes does not load up properly and although I paid 89.00 to subscribe the app does not recognize my status and allow me to use the features. The app asked me to upgrade to a pro account and I did twice. My Apple account confirms that I am subscribed and for the amount, yet the app does not work completely.

Love but… WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!
I am blown away with the capabilities of this app. Absolutely LOVE it! I’d use it everyday for every single clothing listing… IF IT WAS CHEAPER! For me, no pic app is worth $35-$50 A MONTH! On top of the cost I already have to keep my listings flowing. Use ads or something to cover cost better kuz I KNOW for a FACT you’re losing hundreds of customers! In this economy, most of us started reselling to make ends meet, so the last thing we want is overpriced costs! Yall need to cut the price to $15 - $20 tops! Is this a useful tool… ABSOLUTELY!! But can we sell just as many items with pics using a flat lay surface instead… ABSOLUTELY! Cut your prices PhotoRoom

こちらは最低の体験をした内容を全て保管済み、運営の舐め切ったやり取りも保管済みです。
10月から直せと言っている内容を一切修正せず、今現在も画像3枚編集するとアプリが落ちます。さらにアプリを落とした後もスマホは加熱したまま、文字を打つとワンテンポ遅れて入力される負荷つき。バッググラウンド更新オフにしていてもこれ。裏で動いているとしか思えない。もしそうでなければ納得のゆく答えを提示する義務がある。
さらに怪しいのは、新しいデザインを非公開のトグル。設定を開くと一瞬オンになり、直後オフになる。もし常時オフならばこの挙動は必要ない。かなり怪しい。一切信用できない。
私は年間契約しています。はっきり言ってここの開発チーム、運営に心の底から呆れています。金をとってよいレベルではない。大激怒しています。

Used this app for over 5 years. New changes are awful. Price only works for people who can’t figure out how to cancel it. Which is everyone.
