Scam
After signing up for the free trial and then cancelling it long before the renewal date, this company tried to take £69 out of my bank account twice - once the day before and once on the day of renewal - even though it said on the app that I had cancelled. These are scammers.

Misleading free trial offer
I only subscribed because PhotoRoom clearly advertised a 7-day free trial. The promise of a free trial was the only reason I decided to try the app.
Instead, I was charged within seconds of subscribing. There was no free trial at all. I requested a refund through Apple literally minutes later, but it was rejected as “not eligible.”
This felt completely misleading. The offer I received was not what was promised. I would never have subscribed if I had known I would be charged immediately. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before signing up.

Don’t bother
Terrible app. Can’t cancel free trial and get charged 70£!!
I wanted to try but it only lets you sign for a year not the month on a free trail
I try to sign for a free trial with the pay monthly and it tries taking the month payment straight away given the bad reviews I didn’t think it was worth the risk - really annoying as I might of signed up for it if I could test it out but the bad reviews made me suspicious and then the fact that it tries to get you to pay straight away without seeing if you can work with it seems suspect

I took the free for a week so I could see if I could generate the video images I need . I immediately found that in order to generate a video I was asked to subscribe. Why can’t you let people evaluate your product properly before asking them to buy it ? This hard sell puts genuine serious buyers off totally . What a joke I tried sending you a question but your system doesn’t accept a Gmail address , are you serious ? Bye bye

Charged Before My 7-Day Free Trial Ended
I signed up because the app advertised a 7-day free trial, but I was charged on sign-up definitely way before the trial period was completed. That was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. If you’re offering a free trial, customers should be able to use the full trial without being billed early. Until the billing process is more transparent and reliable, I can’t recommend this app. I also had to spend additional time trying to resolve an issue with my bank that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I’m a digital creator and photographer
I’m usually strongly against AI and do almost everything my power to avoid it. But this app, even without paying for the subscriptions is SO good. It’s the only AI tool I will use for creation and editing.
False advertising
The app is crumby and the AI cannot edit the background of photos. The company will charge the full amount even when they advertise the first seven days of their app as a free trial.
