Did two photo sessions through app. Did not receive payment, getting back and forth from Shari A. Seshadri, Co-Founder & CRO. I would say this app is 100% a scam.

Awful experience

My God, I think this just might be the single worst user interface for any application I’ve ever seen in my entire life. It almost feels like this user interface was made in spite of the user. Between force and you to download two separate apps to use one service and this system saying your email isn’t registered, but you never received an email to registered the email.. etc just wow.. 0/10 don’t bother wasting your time

Thanks for the feedback. I encourage you to just read the titles of the apps. Yes we have 2 apps. One says “PhotoSesh - Photographer Login.” That’s for photographers to access their account. The other one says “PhotoSesh - Find Photographers.” That’s for customers to find photographers. I guess you downloaded and signed up for the wrong one. I don’t know how else to help you. We do have some highlighted notes on the first screen making sure you are in the right app. You may have also overlooked that. We will try to revisit that to see if it’s not clear enough. Our photographer login app is admittedly no frills and is built just to setup a profile, accept or decline bookings and process your payments. We also have a VIP Dashboard for premium subscribers that grants you access to an entire library of marketing and AI tools to help grow your business. We made that UI/UX much more appealing because of the functions are more involved there. Hope you get to enjoy our platform just as 10,000+ other photographers have.

Great platform, connecting people with opportunities.

I had joined the platform back quite a while back, and have to tell everyone how easy it is to meet photography clients. I had met so many people over the years using the platform, and felt so easy.

The best part was that it took care of everything for me, including tax withholdings, scheduling, and holds a copy of my portfolio as well. The notifications for jobs even pop up on my Apple Watch, making it impossible to miss events!
