With Photos@Home you can backup your photos and videos from the iCloud to just about any destination! Making the backup is done on your device, so your imagery stays safe and secure. You can backup your photos and videos to whatever destination you prefer. Choosing the destination is done using the Files app. Any location that is available in Files can be the destination for your backup. This can be a local folder, a USB drive, a cloud drive or a network share. If you want to backup to a network share (e.g. on your NAS), you'll first need to connect to the server from within the Files app. A short 'how to' is shown on the main screen. You can backup photos and videos from either your personal library, the shared photo library or both. Photos from your personal library are stored in a subfolder called 'Personal-your name'. Photos from the shared photo library are stored in a subfolder called 'Shared'. You can also choose whether you want to backup all your photos and videos (full back) or just the ones you shot since the previous backup was made (incremental backup).
