App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work! You start it and click on the camera button and it crashes right out!
Apps broken.
Stopped working on iPhones about 3 years ago and it’s never been fixed. As soon as you open the app it defaults back to the main screen. Disappointing!

I’ve loved it for years. There’s nothing else like it out there. It’s great to randomly connect via photos with people from all over the world, and I’ve had “conversations” that have lasted many years. But the developers need to do an update. The app doesn’t work on iOS 16, and now it’s not even working on the earlier iOS version I have on an older phone. There’s been no update in 7 years! I hope the developers fix it - I miss this app.

What happened?!
Had been a long time user of the app until they decided to stop update the app to support latest iOS version. If this app will no l longer be updated then it should be removed from the App Store.

Crashes constantly - unusable
While this was never as good as Rando, it used to work well. Now whenever I take a photo it crashes every time. Pity.

It’s a fun app but iOS 16 (or 15) is not supported. It would be nice if this was fixed

Consistently crashing after scrolling through the tutorial screens and select the camera
The app Consistently crashes when I select the camera button after launching the app, scrolling through the tutorial / instructional screens on my 256GB iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.5 (beta release). The app was great when it did work on earlier iOS revisions.
Heartbroken
I’ve been using PhotoSwap for years and have made dear friends on this app. I delayed updating so that I could continue to use PhotoSwap. Wish I had a way to connect with my PS friends 💔
