User reviews

Disappointed by the per-device IAP limitation

I was really excited to take advantage of the free lifetime offer, but unfortunately, I’m blocked from doing so. Another family member had already claimed this in-app purchase on this device. Because the IAP seems to be tied to the device rather than the Apple ID, I’m completely unable to redeem the offer for my own account.

I truly hope the developer considers updating this policy so that lifetime access is tied to individual Apple IDs instead of physical devices. I’d love to fully enjoy the app and update my rating once this is resolved!

Response from developer

Hi Hanatolia, Thanks for the honest feedback — sorry this blocked you. Since the version you reviewed, the photo transfer to Mac no longer requires any purchase — it's free for everyone now, so the IAP you were blocked from isn't needed anymore. (The newer cloud backup feature is the only paid one.) Just update to the latest version and you're good to go. If anything still doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it out.
